As a result, we do not accept returns.

In the unlikely event that a customer can prove, through an accredited expert from the original brand, that the bag is counterfeit, we will provide a 300% refund of the purchase price upon receipt of the product.
CASHBACK WARRANTY
We offer a warranty that, if the item remains in the same condition as it was when unboxed/received by the customer, customers can receive up to 80% cashback within 60 days of receipt after an expert evaluation. If the condition of the item is found to be worse, we will make a more precise offer to the client, who can choose to accept or refuse. If refused, the product will be returned to the customer.
